The purpose of this ministry is to visit and minister to the sick, shut-in members and their families. Visitations are made to nursing homes, hospitals and homes. The Deacons and Deaconess of the church serve “The Lord’s Supper” monthly to all sick and shut-in unless requested not to do so by the individual or family member who is responsible for caring for the sick or shut-in member. Congregants of First Baptist Penn Hills who are sick and or shut-in are asked to call the church office 412.371-5335 and leave a message of request or contact Rev.
