Members of the Usher Ministry are among the first persons representing the church to guest and members alike at each worship service or special event. They courteously perform the task of greeting, seating, assisting with children, cope with emergencies, serve at funerals and welcome persons to worship or special events. Their focus is making sure all aspects of the environment are in proper condition i.e. visitor cards, fans, church literature, bulletins, envelopes, any other items that are to be distributed. Church ushers greet worshippers with a smile and welcome as they direct them to their seat and assist congregants if needed during worship.
